2. Products

Our products (macarons, cakes, pastries and other confectionery) are handmade in limited quantities with fresh ingredients. Product photos are for illustration purposes and the final appearance may vary slightly.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; such changes do not affect already confirmed orders. An order becomes final once we confirm it by phone or email.

4. Payment methods

Orders can be paid by cash on delivery/pickup or by bank transfer, according to the options available at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal for perishable goods

Under applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products such as the confectionery sold on this site. Any complaint about the quality of a delivered product should be raised as soon as possible after receipt, using the contact details shown on the site.

7. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the information on this site (descriptions, allergens, prices) accurate and up to date. If you have specific food intolerances or allergies, please contact us before placing your order.

8. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably, or failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
